Mr. Solove has 40 years‘ of experience representing businesses providing a wide range of legal services including business counseling, entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, acquisitions, and real estate matters.
His clients included family businesses, residential and commercial builders, manufacturing companies, real estate developers, hotel companies, and professional firms (medical, dental and legal).
Mr. Solove served as Chair of the Corporate and Business Section of the Lancaster Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, the District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District Court for the Southern District of New York.
He earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, where he served as Senior Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from New York University. He has been a resident of Lancaster County since 1970.
