Colin Butler is an associate attorney at Woolford Kanfer Law.  He assists subcontractors, general contractors and owners with all facets of construction law.  He has experience prosecuting and defending claims involving a wide variety of complex construction matters, including mechanics’ liens, scope of work disputes, back charges, liquidated damages, change orders, delays, construction defects, and many other kinds of construction matters in arbitration proceedings, mediation, administrative proceedings, and state and federal court.   

Colin is a 2022 graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law where he was a faculty scholar and a member of the Dean’s List.  He is a 2016 graduate of Millersville University where he majored in history and was named to the Dean’s List.  Prior to arriving at Woolford Kanfer he worked in a law office focused on civil litigation representing business and individual clients.  He was born and raised in Lancaster and attended Lancaster Catholic High School.  He resides in Lancaster Township with his wife and three children.
